Bookmark Flow Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Bookmark Flow is a Chrome extension for saving web pages into shared bookmark collections, inviting teammates, and receiving collection notifications.
Information We Collect
- Email address used for magic-link sign-in, account identification, and invites.
- Saved bookmark details that you choose to save, including page URL and page title.
- Collection data, including collection names, members, invites, and share-link state.
- Notification data related to shared collection updates.
- Local extension data such as sign-in session state, selected collection, pending invite state, and notification state.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide sign-in, bookmark saving, shared collections, invite links, team collaboration, synchronization, and browser notifications.
Remote Services
Bookmark Flow uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Hosting to operate the service. The extension does not execute remote code. All extension JavaScript is packaged with the extension.
Information Sharing
We do not sell user data. Bookmark and collection data is shared only with users who are members of the same shared collection or who accept an invite to that collection.
Data Retention and Deletion
Bookmark and collection data is retained while the collection exists. Collection owners can delete collections from the extension. Users can sign out to remove local session state from the browser.
